Besot is a curated catalog of fandom style, covering the sneakers and clothing designed, founded, worn, or inspired by the people we obsess over. It catalogs pieces and points to live listings on other platforms. It is not a store, a marketplace, or a party to any purchase.

We do not sell merchandise. We do not hold inventory. Every purchase is made directly with the marketplace where the listing appears (eBay, The RealReal, Grailed, Poshmark, or Vestiaire Collective). Their terms govern your purchase.

Listings, prices, sizes, condition notes, and availability shown on Besot are pulled from marketplace APIs or affiliate feeds. We update these regularly but cannot guarantee the data shown is current at any given moment. Always confirm on the marketplace before purchasing.

Prices are shown as approximate US dollar equivalents so that listings from different marketplaces can be compared side by side. The seller's own page carries the real price in its own currency, and that price is the one that governs your purchase.

Besot never authenticates items. Authentication, where it is offered at all, belongs to the platform hosting the listing.

Besot is not responsible for listings that are sold, delisted, mispriced, or misrepresented between our last sync and your click-through. If you believe a listing is fraudulent, counterfeit, or misdescribed, raise it with the host marketplace first. You can also email us at [email protected].

Links to listings may carry an affiliate tag, and Besot may earn a commission if you buy. This costs you nothing and never changes which listings Besot shows you or the order it shows them in. The Affiliate Disclosure carries the full detail, including which networks are involved.

Our editorial content (collection histories, styling guides, campaign breakdowns, concert guides, price analysis) is produced independently of our affiliate partnerships. We do not accept payment from brands, artists, or platforms in exchange for editorial coverage.

Editorial content is copyrighted by Besot and may not be reproduced without permission. Short excerpts and quotations with attribution are welcome.

Brand names, artist names, and collection names appearing on Besot are used for identification purposes under nominative fair use. Besot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the brands, designers, or artists featured.

Campaign imagery, where used, appears as small editorial thumbnails alongside substantive original commentary and is credited to the respective photographers and brands.

Use Besot for hunting, not for harvesting. Do not interfere with the operation of the site, and do not resell or redistribute the index or its data.

Automated access is welcome through the endpoints published for it: the agent catalogue at /data/catalogue.json, the machine-readable summary at /llms.txt, and the API described on the developers page, each on its own stated terms. Scraping the site itself, bypassing those endpoints, or bulk copying the index is not permitted. Besot asks of others only what it asks of itself: use the door that is published for you.

You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account. Do not share your login. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, email [email protected] immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in scraping, reverse engineering, abuse of the alert system, or any activity that degrades service for other users.

Besot is provided on an as-is basis. We work hard to keep the data accurate, the site fast, and the alerts reliable, but we make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Besot and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This includes but is not limited to missed listings, incorrect prices, or purchases that do not meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Pizza Robot Studios LLC to you for any claim arising out of or relating to Besot will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which is normally zero because Besot takes no payment, and (b) one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage at least 14 days before taking effect.
